You can return or exchange any product ordered within 30 days from the date of receipt. Maison Arsènéca offers two methods of return: by post or in one of our stores under certain conditions. Beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been produced.
Shipping within 12 days FOR USA & CANADA
All collections are made from natural processes and products that need to be made to order in order to guarantee the quality of the products. By ordering the same day you will receive your product 12 days later.
Shipping within 7 days FOR UK, SWISS, BELGIUM AND EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
All collections are made from natural processes and products that need to be made to order in order to guarantee the quality of the products. By ordering the same day you will receive your product 7 days later.
Shipping within 20 days FOR African continent
